To purchase devices and use this site, you must read, understand, and agree to the following policy:

ALL Neurocare Pro LLC Pulsed Light Medical Technology Therapy Devices are registered FDA Class II Medical devices, 510(k) exempt, and are ineligible for any returns under any circumstances, regardless of usage.  ALL sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges.

1-Year Warranty Guarantee

We do offer a 1-year warranty on all our devices. We only replace items if they are manufacturer-defective, damaged or not working properly. To make a replacement request you must file a warranty claim using our form here. You can file a claim without registering your product for up to a year from the date of your purchase. Warranty Replacement Policy

We only replace items if they are manufacturer-defective or damaged under warranty claim. There are no exchanges for other devices. To make a replacement request, you must complete the following steps:

  1. Click here to fill out our Warranty Claim Form and/or send us an email at info@neurocarepro.com .
  2. You will be required to supply a video and photos of the product describing and supporting your claim.
  3. After you submit the form, you will receive a confirmation and instructions to return your product.
  4. You will return your products to:

  5. Once your product is received, you will be sent another confirmation with a tracking number for your replacement.

Cancelled Orders:

You may cancel your order and get a refund or credit only prior to your product shipment. Once the product is shipped, there are no refunds, returns or exchanges. There are only these instances where a refund/credit may be granted:

  • Transactional mistake or double submission error
  • Technical/Website error
  • Fraud
  • No fault incidents

To report an issue with your order and make a cancellation request the following steps are required:

  • Send a written request by filling out our Cancellation Request Form or send an email to info@neurocarepro.com.
  • You will receive a confirmation your request was received and is being processed.
  • One of our agents will contact you to make further arrangements regarding your request.
  • A 10% restocking fee applies if the order is canceled after shipping.
  • Please allow 5-7 business banking days for any credit to appear.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
