Items that are damaged or abused, or general wear and tear, are not covered under the warranty and may be charged for repair at their regular repair rates. If the device is determined to be defective, Neurocare Pro LLC will repair or replace it at Neurocare Systems LLC’s option at no charge during the warranty period.
ANY ATTEMPT TO SELF-SERVICE YOUR DEVICE WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY.
After the warranty period has finished, the user must pay for all parts and labor charges for controller repair. Pads are replaced by the consumer after the warranty period. This warranty does not cover damage caused by acts of God, misuse, negligence, accidents, or modification of or to any of the parts of this device. This warranty does not cover damage due to improper operation or maintenance, connection to an improper voltage supply, or attempted repair by anyone other than Neurocare Systems LLC certified service personnel. If the device has been tampered with this warranty is void. Please contact us for assistance with warranty and out of warranty repair service.
